Legal Notice:

  • We are NOT an online gambling service. 

  • We are NOT affiliated with the CA Lottery or any State sponsored gambling organization.

  • We are a "buying service", a.k.a. a "courier service", for our Lottery Players.

  • We do NOT sell Lottery tickets, only authorized CA Retailers can sell Lottery tickets.

  • Laurie's Lotteri Club buys and tracks Lottery Tickets for our Lottery Players in our Club. 

  • There is no "extra" fee or cost for Lottery Tickets when buying Lottery Tickets with us (the prices must be the same as charged by retailers-resellers).

  • Members pay an extra fee for our "concierge" services which include, but are not limited to, buying Lottery Tickets for our Members, tracking all Lottery Tickets, tracking all winning Lottery Tickets, and dispersing any winnings that the Club may have, after receiving the funds from the CA Lottery.

  • Everything is legal according to CA Lottery and Federal gambling rules and regulations.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate (by law).

  • Only California residents can purchase Lottery Tickets with our service at this time (by law) because we operate our service only in CA at the moment.

    • We're expanding globally ASAP and we'll keep everyone informed.

  • There is no guarantee of winning, this is a Club that's for fun and recreational purposes only.

  • This is not an offering of any securities and it's not an invite to invest in anything.

  • Laurie's Lotteri Club and Laurie Bowen own all names, logos, website information etc. and Players do not have any ownership or management in Laurie's Lotteri Club or any of it's affiliated businesses.

  • All Club Members/Players hold (a.k.a. own) their Lottery Tickets as "Tenants In Common", which means no Player owns any specific Lottery Ticket or Lottery number.

  • All winnings are collected and disbursed according to CA Lottery guidelines and Laurie's Lotteri Club has it's own guidelines, which all Players agree to by participating.

  • We follow all CA Lottery guidelines, laws and rules and Laurie's Lotteri Club has it's own guidelines and rules.

  • If you participate in our Lottery Club, you automatically give Laurie Bowen, Brad Bowen and Laurie's Lotteri Club full authority to make all decisions for you (a.k.a. "The Player") at all times when it comes to playing the Lottery and collectings any winnings and you agree to a non-compete agreement with Laurie's Lotteri Club and Laurie Bowen.

  • Anyone can review our info and subscribe to updates (see "form" above) and participate in additional services that we offer and/or purchase any of our gambling related products.
