WHAT WE ARE:

  • Lauriie’s Lotteri Club is a “lottery ticket buying service”, a.k.a. "concierge service", for the Lottery Players in our Club.

  • We ONLY operate in the State of California for now because we only have operations in CA

    • That means that our Players can only be located in California in order to play

    • We're expanding globally ASAP and we'll keep everyone informed

WHO WE ARE:

  • Lauriie’s Lotteri Club was started by Laurie McNellen Bowen, who is a San Diego native/resident, born and raised for 50+ years.

  • Mrs. Bowen won $50,000 from a San Diego Radio Station Contest when she was younger.

  • The Club is managed by Mrs. Bowen and her husband.

WHAT WE DO :

  • We ONLY invite CA residents to participate and they MUST be eighteen years or older to play.

  • Club Players participate by prepaying for Lottery Tickets by buying a "Lottery Ticket Membership Package" from Laurie's Lotteri Club (on this website)

  • The Membership Packages include one ticket per game per drawing for the three (3) games that we play every week

    • PowerBall, MegaMillions, SuperLotto Plus

  • Club Players pay the “retail” price (aka the same price charged at authorized Lottery resellers) for the Lottery Tickets that they purchase with the Club.

  • We charge a monthly "service fee" for our services, which is added to the price of the Lottery Tickets when Players join us.

  • After Members join and prepay for Lottery Tickets, we then purchase the Tickets from authorized retailers on behalf of our Players.

  • We then manage our Lottery Club by doing everything necessary to track all purchased Lottery Tickets for our Players, including all winning tickets and payments to Players (except for a Jackpot, which must be collected with a "Group Play Form" at the CA Lottery headquarters and/or regional office).

WHAT WE DON’T DO:

  • Laurie's Lotteri Club does NOT participate in, or promote, any "online" gambling!

  • We DON'T sell any Lottery Tickets, only authorized Lottery Resellers can do that.

  • We DON'T charge extra for Lottery Tickets; we only charge the "retail" price of a Lottery Ticket PLUS a "service fee" every month to purchase the tickets for our Club Members, a.k.a. Players, and manage our Lottery Club for our Players.

  • We don't take a percentage of any Player's winnings but, we do operate our Club with the strategies of "grouping", a.k.a. "pooling", which means any winnings are "shared", a.k.a. "split", with other Players on an equal basis when we win.

HOW WE DO IT:

  • Club Players participate by purchasing CA Lottery tickets with other paying Club Players, also known as "pooling" or "grouping."

    • CA Lottery promotes “group play” to buy Lottery Tickets and that’s exactly what we do.

  • Club Players purchase our 12 month "Lottery Ticket Membership Package" and then do the following:

    • Pay for the first month of Lottery Tickets (which pays for the Lottery Tickets for following month) via PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover).

    • Then, from that point on, the Player pays for Lottery Tickets one month at a time after Laurie's Lotteri Club e-mails an invoice to each Player every month.

    • We do have an option for Players to prepay for an entire year and receive a 20% discount off of our service fee.

  • Laurie’s Lotteri Club limits the "total" amount of Players to "400" and then organizes Players into groups of one-hundred (100) Players per Group to increase the winnings in each Group.

    • Each "Group of 100" has it's own Lottery Tickets every week for PowerBall, MegaMillions and SuperLotto Plus

    • Each "Group of 100" will have different Lottery Numbers to increase our odds of winnings

    • If one "Group of 100" wins a Jackpot, Laurie's Lotteri Club will use some of it's winnings to share with the Players in the other Groups that didn't win.

      • They won't receive the exact amount of money that the winners receive but, they will still receive money!

  • Laurie's Lotteri Club then implements it's concierge services by doing the following for all Players:

    • Picking the Lottery Numbers that the Club will use very month

    • Filling out the Lottery Ticket "Slips" for the Club every month in order to purchase the Lottery Tickets

    • Purchase the Lottery Tickets from an authorized Retailer

    • List all Lottery Ticket numbers purchased on the Clubs website every month for all Players to see BEFORE any drawings.

    • List all winning numbers from the CA Lottery on the Club's website AFTER the drawings.

    • List any winnings that any "Group of 100" may have on the Club's website

    • Collect any winnings that the Club may have from the CA Lottery and/or PowerBall administration

    • And make winning payments to Club Players via PayPal based on our strategies (see our "Lottery Ticket Reinvestment Program" below).

    • Certain "game information" is listed on the Club's website for all Members/Players to see.

      • All Player's personal information is confidential at all times.

    • At the end of each fiscal year, Laurie's Lotteri Club will e-mail all Players a detailed "report" showing what winnings each Player had for tax purposes.

      • The reports will be e-mailed approximately between Jan 15th and the end of February

OUR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES:

  • Our objective at Laurie's Lotteri Club, other than winning a lot of money, is to make our service as simple and convenient as possible!

  • We do that by offering Membership Packages whereby Players pre-pay in advance for Lottery Tickets so we can manage the Club more efficiently.

  • Laurie's Lotteri Club sets up our Membership Packages along the following structure:

    • All Lottery Ticket Membership Packages Are For 12 Consecutive Months in length

    • Groups of 100:

      • When Players purchase a Membership Package, they are assigned to a "Group of 100" in the order that they signed-up.

      • When one "Group of 100" fills up, we start filling up the next "Group of 100" and we continue this until all four "Groups of 100" are filled-up.

    • Paying For Tickets:

      • Players sign-up on this website and then pre-pay for their first month of Lottery Tickets, which starts the following month.

      • Every month thereafter, Laurie's Lotteri Club will e-mail an invoice for the next months Lottery Tickets.

      • All Players must pre-pay for the next months Lottery Tickets by a certain date, which will be detailed in the e-mail.

      • Failure to pre-pay for the Lottery Tickets by the deadline will automatically cancel the Lottery Club Agreement and Laurie's Lotteri Club will find a replacement for the Player.

      • We do have an option to prepay for Lottery Tickets a years in advance so you won't receive invoices, see below.

  • 20% Discount For Pre-Paying A Year In Advance!

    • If a Player wishes to pre-pay for the entire year in advance, we have an additional discount available on our service fee (not on the Lottery Tickets).

HOW WE "VALUE" EACH TICKET PURCHASED:

  • Each ticket purchased by a Player is equal to “one share” of winnings in the "Group of 100" that they are assigned to.

  • Example:

    • When a Player purchases their Lottery Ticket Membership Package, they are purchasing one ticket per game per drawing.

    • If their "Group of 100" has any winnings, each Player in that "Group of 100" would be entitled to one "share" of any winnings that the "Group of 100" that won.

WINNINGS:

  • You can only win by being part of the "Group of 100" (that you were assigned to) that has any winning numbers that were picked by the CA Lottery and/or PowerBall administrators.

  • Our "Share The Winnings Program"

    • Our primary strategy for winnings at Laurie’s Lotteri Club is to use "grouping" and "pooling" so we have more tickets.

    • The total amount of Players in our Club is 400.

    • We then take those 400 Players and assign them to "Groups of 100" so their winnngs are larger.

    • Each "Group of 100" will have different Lottery Numbers to increase our odds of winnings

    • If one "Group of 100" wins a Jackpot, we want to make sure that Players in the other three (3) Groups also receive some winnings.

    • We do that by using our "Share The Winnings Program":

      • Laurie's Lotteri Club will use some of it's winnings to share with the Players in the other Groups that didn't win.

      • They won't receive the exact amount that the winners receive but, they will still receive money!

      • We beleive that's the right thing to do!

  • Special Note On Collecting Any Winnings:

    • For CA Lottery:

      • Any winnings under $599 can be collected at a Lottery Reseller.

      • Any winnings over $600 must be collected from a CA Regional Office and done by mail or in person, which takes time to process.

    • For Laurie's Lottery Club: all winnings are handled in two ways:

      • Any Winnings Under $249.00 Per Player Per Game:

        • Must first be collected by Laurie's Lotteri Club from a CA Lottery Regional Office via mail and/or in person.

        • Then the winnings are "reinvested" back into more Lottery Tickets for the "Group of 100" that had the winnings (in the upcoming months contingent upon how fast winnings can be collected from the CA Lottery).

      • Any Winnings Over $250.00 Per Player:

        • Must first be collected by Laurie's Lotteri Club from a CA Regional Office and done by mail or in person, which takes time to process.

        • Once Laurie's Lotteri Club collects the winnings from the CA Lottery, they will be disbursed to the Players who won via PayPal.

      • Any Winnings From Jackpots:

        • Must be handled in a special way which includes all Members/Players signing a "Group Play" form with Laurie's Lotteri Club first and then follow the guidelines of  CA Lottery Administrative Office for collecting Jackpots.

        • All Players must go with Laurie's Lotteri Club to the CA Lottery Regional Office to collect their Jackpot winnings.

        • Laurie's Lotteri Club will coordinate all plans for Players when we win a Jackpot.

        • Taxes are taken out automatically by the CA Lottery BEFORE disbursing any winnings.

  • By purchasing Lottery Tickets with Laurie's Lotteri Club, you automatically agree to the following:

    • To give Laurie's Lotteri Club and/or Laurie Bowen and/or Brad Bowen, full authority to make all decisions regarding the picking of Lottery Ticket numbers to be used in the Club, to purchase Lottery Tickets, and the collecting, processing and disbursing of any winnings at Laurie's Lotteri Club.

    • To consent to a non-compete agreement

 

PAYPAL &/or CREDIT CARD FEES:

  • All PayPal and/or Credit Fees, if any, are automatically added into the "service fee" that Laurie's Lotteri Club charges it's Players.

TAXES:

  • Any taxes on winnings by any Player in our Club is solely the the responsibility of the Club Member/Player.

  • Laurie's Lotteri Club and/or Laurie McNellen Bowen and/or Brad Bowen are not responsible for any taxes on winnings of the Club's Members/Players.

  • Taxes On Lottery Tickets Purchased With Winnings:

    • For winnings not disbursed to Players because we have purchased additional Lottery Tickets (for our "Winnings Reinvestment Program"), we are handling the reporting in the following way.

      • Any taxes owed by the winning Players is still the responsibility of the Player.

      • Laurie's Lotteri Club will e-mail reports to all Players once a year between January 1 and the end of February, detailing what each Player has won with Laurie's Lotteri Club.
