What Is Laurie's Lotteri Club?
​Laurie's Lotteri Club© is a "concierge service" dedicated to helping Lottery Players buy and manage their Lottery Tickets AND helping them to win large amounts of money and as many Jackpots as possible!

It was started by Laurie McNellen Bowen, who is not only an American Citizen born and raised but, a winner of $50,000 from a San Diego Radio Station Contest.

Mrs. Bowen is a firm believer in the strategy of "pooling" and "grouping" people and funds to be able to buy more tickets and work together as a TEAM to try and win large amounts of money and Jackpots!

Since almost everything can be done on the internet these days, she also believes in using websites and "apps" to make it easier and more convenient for Players to participate. Her dedication to that philosophy can be discovered on this website and how simple she has made it to participate in her Lottery Club.

Unlike other Lottery Ticket services, Mrs. Bowen has included "real" humans and winners that are associated with her Lottery Club and that adds the "personal touch" that the other businesses are lacking.

Mrs. Bowen and her Laurie's Lotteri Club do "almost" everything for her Members. The only thing she can't do is collect the winnings for a Jackpot because any Players who have won must go to the CA Lottery administration office in person to collect their funds... which she is sure everyone would want to do anyways.
Who Is Mrs. Laurie McNellen Bowen?
Laurie McNellen Bowen is the Co-Founder and President of Laurie's Lotteri Club.

Mrs. Bowen also won $50,000 from a Radio Station Contest in San Diego when she was younger.

She was born and raised in San Diego CA and is a United States Citizen

She went to San Diego State College and Grossmont College and majored in television broadcasting and journalism.

She's worked at numerous well-known companies in San Diego including May Company and the PennySaver.

She's been married for 36+ years and has four grown adult children and one granddaughter.

She loves to play the Lottery and that's why she started her Lottery Club with her husband.

Is Laurie's Lotteri Club Legal?
Yes! Absolutely!

We are legal and legitimate according to CA Lottery guidelines and Federal gambling laws because we ARE NOT a gambling company.

We are a "concierge service" only and help Lottery Players buy and manage their Lottery Tickets.

We do NOT sell any Lottery Tickets, only authorized CA Lottery Resellers can do that and we buy our tickets from them.

In addition, there are other businesses doing the same thing we are doing but, we're the only Lottery Club that was started and is managed by someone who has won a large amount of money! Plus we have different strategies for running our Lottery Club and we believe it's a much better system for winning.

In addition, we generate a report once a year for all Lottery Club Players who have won money through our Club so they can use the info for tax purposes (see "taxes" below)

We follow all CA Lottery guidelines and all gambling laws and guidelines and all of our Players MUST be eighteen (18) years old or older to participate.

Our strategies and tactics are "sound" and proven and all we need is dedicated Players and "time" to win a large amount of money!

Do All Players Know What Lottery Tickets Are Purchased By Laurie's Lotteri Club Before All Official Lottery Drawings?

How Are Players Informed Of Any Winnings That the Club May Have?
We Do This In Two Ways, Depending On How Much Money Is Won:

We List All Winnings On Laurie's Lotteri Club Website:

Every week we list the exact Lottery Numbers that have been "drawn" for the games PowerBall, MegaMillions and SuperLotto Plus.

If we have any winnings, we list those winnings on the website.

If Winnings Equal $250.00 Per Player Or More:
-
If winnings for each Player are $250 or more (after dividing the total winnings by how many Players are in the "Group of 100" that won the money), we e-mail those Players that have won.

We will inform them of how much they won and how long it will take approximately to collect the funds from the CA Lottery.

How Are Winnings Handled At Laurie's Lotteri Clun?
We handle winnings in two ways, depending on how much we win and what the CA Lottery Guidelines are:

First: We follow all CA Lottery rules and regulations.
-
All winnings "up to" $599 must be collected at a Lottery Ticket Reseller location.
-
Any winnings "over" $600 must be collected via mail and/or at a regional Lottery office.

Second, For Laurie's Lotteri Club:

Any winnings of "up to" $249.00 per Player per drawing:
-
Winnings are reinvested into additional Lottery Tickets for the "Group of 100" that won the money.

Any winnings "over" $250 per Player per drawing:
-
Are paid to the Players via PayPal after collecting the winnings from the CA Lottery.

If My "Group of 100" Wins Money And My Winning Amount Is Over $250, How Long Will It Take To Receive My Payment From Laurie's Lotteri Club Via PayPal?
That Will Depend On How Fast The CA Lottery And/Or The PowerBall Administration Will Take To Process The Winnings!
Please Keep The Following In Mind:

Any winnings OVER $600 must be processed at a Regional Lottery Office and it MUST be done either by mail and/or in person.

That will take some time to process and because of the COVID-19 virus, the Lottery Administration may take longer than normal to process winnings.

Our best estimate for making winning payments to Players will be anywhere between 30 to 60 days, maybe longer.

Why Are Smaller Winnings Reinvested Into More Lottery Tickets?
Simple Answer:

So Players can have more tickets and increase their odds of winning large amounts of money and Jackpots!
Long Answer:

We call it our "Lottery Winnings Re-Investment Program" and it's a very common-sense, powerful system for winning!

It's similar to these well-known strategies:
-
Re-investing your "interest" on your savings account at your bank, which means not spending the interest you earned so it helps your bank account earn higher and higher earnings over time... a.k.a. compounding!

Re-investing your stock dividends into the purchase of more stock, which is the power of compounding!
-

Our objective at Laurie's Lotteri Club is to win large amounts of money and one or more Jackpots and the best way to do that is to buy as many Lottery Tickets as we can using our strategies.

If we are to accomplish that objective, then we should take "smaller" amounts of winnings and reinvest them back into more Lottery Tickets.

For Example:
-
Whenever a "Group of 100" wins some money, we follow these guidelines.
-
We take the total winnings for that specific drawing and then divide that amount of winnings by how many Players are in the "Group of 100" at that given moment.
-
If the winnings "per Player" are less than $249, then we'll take the winnings and buy more Lottery Tickets for the "Group of 100" that had the winning numbers.
-
If the winnings "per Player" are more than $250, Laurie's Lotteri Club will collect those winnings from the CA Lottery and/or PowerBall administration and when we receive the winnings, we make the payment to the Players via PayPal.

TAXES
All Players That Win Money With Laurie's Lotteri Club Are Responsible For Their Own Taxes.

All Players That Win "Smaller" Amounts Of Money And Reinvest The Winnings Back Into More Lottery Tickets Are Still Responsible For The Taxes On Those Winnings.

How We Handle Reporting To Help Players:

All winnings for all Players are tracked at Laurie's Lotteri Club via a spreadsheet.
-
At the end of each fiscal year, Laurie's Lotteri Club will e-mail all Players a report detailing how much money Club Members/Players have won throughout the year.
-
The reports will be e-mailed between January 15th and the end of February.
